By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must follow the Roblox Terms of Use and Discord Terms of Service when you use either platform with this community.
Not a real agency
NC Highway Patrol is a roleplay community. Nothing here is official, and nothing on the site should be used to contact or impersonate real emergency services or the real North Carolina State Highway Patrol. In an actual emergency, call 911.
Your submissions
Reports, tickets and applications must be honest and about real events in the community. Submitting false reports, spam or abusive content can lead to a warning, a ban from the community, or removal of site access. Do not upload or link illegal content or other people's private information.
Moderation and public records
Moderation actions are logged and published on the public records page. Staff decisions are made in good faith under the community rules. If you think a record is wrong, open a ticket on the support page and a senior staff member will review it.
Accounts
Sign-in is handled by Discord. You are responsible for activity on your Discord account. We may restrict access to the site for abuse, attempts to break security, or to protect other members.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as is, run by volunteers, and may change or go offline without notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms. See also our privacy policy.
